Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Payroll Manager you will coordinate all aspects of system testing required to allow processing of payrolls through Oracle HCM Cloud payroll software. You will produce supporting evidence and will work with HR Operations and HRIS to ensure system performance.

You will perform end-to-end payroll processing following the current controls and procedures.

Working as part of a team and within a wider HR Department you will provide support to the payroll team and inform changes to current processes across areas.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of PAYE/NIC and statutory payments and recoveries.
  • Familiarity with benefits and other wage deductions.
  • Knowledge of company policies.
  • Knowledge of payroll procedures.
  • Technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM payroll software.
  • Excel Skills
  • Competent with spreadsheets and with handling and analysing large volumes of data.
  • Experience with AI tools.
  • Work to a deadline.
  • 3 years' experience working in a payroll role.
  • Experience with system testing
