  • MICHAEL KORS -

We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll & Time & Attendance Integration Manager (EMEA) Temporary 2 years in our London office.

What You’ll Do:

The Payroll & Time & Attendance Integration Manager (EMEA) will support the implementation of the Legion Time & Attendance system for HR and Payroll teams across the Michael Kors EMEA region.

The role will focus on designing and delivering automated, secure, and compliant data flows between Legion and multiple payroll software platforms used by external payroll providers across 20 European countries, eliminating manual data manipulation and reducing payroll risk.

The role will collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, Retail Operations, IT, PMO, Legion, and external payroll vendors to ensure a scalable and future‑proof payroll integration model.

Legion T&A Implementation Support

  • Support the EMEA rollout of the Legion Time & Attendance system in close partnership with HR, Payroll, Retail Operations, IT, and PMO.
  • Act as a functional and integration subject‑matter expert for Legion payroll‑relevant data (time, attendance, absences, overtime, premiums).
  • Ensure local business needs and payroll requirements are accurately reflected in system configuration.
  • Ensure labor compliance in the system such as rest periods, maximum number of working hours, etc.

Payroll Integration & Automation

  • Own the end‑to‑end flow of data from Legion into all payroll systems used across EMEA.
  • Analyze and map Legion outputs to the input requirements of multiple payroll software solutions used by different providers.
  • Define and implement automation solutions (APIs, secure file integrations, standardized interfaces) to enable payroll processing without manual data manipulation.
  • Partner with IT, Legion, and payroll vendors to establish validation rules, reconciliation processes, and exception handling frameworks.
  • Design controlled workaround solutions where full automation is not supported.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
