Organisation

Stepping Stones Services - Specialist Support Services, part of Optimo Care Group, provides specialist support for individuals with complex needs, autism, learning disabilities, and behaviours of concern. We are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) that enhances quality of life and promotes independence.

As a growing and forward-thinking organisation, we are passionate about developing our people, reducing restrictive practices, and embedding compassionate, evidence-based support across all services.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner to join our growing Specialist Support Services team. This role plays a key part in supporting services across the region to embed high-quality PBS practices that improve outcomes and quality of life for the people we support.

You will work closely with operational teams, support staff, families, and external professionals to provide coaching, guidance, and behavioural expertise across services. The role will focus heavily on PBS coaching, reviewing and writing support plans, analysing behavioural data, supporting assessment and transition visits, and helping teams understand and respond positively to behaviours of concern.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
