UL are looking for a Performance & Process Consultant to work in our people and culture team.
Based at our Paddington site you’ll be expected to work with, inform and influence colleagues at all levels and across all sites and countries in Urenco.
What You’ll Do
- Audit the newly launched PMP (performance Management Process) linked to Success Factors
- Identify opportunities to simplify and streamline the existing processes, previously agreed system (SF) limitations, documentation, training and comms materials and level of management support/accountability
- Identify the key dependencies, linkages, responsibilities, governance and risks of both the current and a new BAU PMP operation
- Own and manage the PMP process in its second global cycle – end of 2026 and start of 2027
- Create and then handover a BAU PMP operation as an ongoing simplified global process – during and then after the current 2026/27 cycle. This may include early preparation for the 2027/28 cycle
- Identify and jointly manage any cultural and change issues involved in moving to a simplified BAU model for Urenco

What do you need to thrive in this role?
- Degree or CIPD qualified to level 7 or relevant equivalent experience
- Experience in HR transformation, process changes and implementation
- Professional auditing and analysis experience
- Significant experience of partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships across the organisation
- Self-starter, strong drive and result oriented
- Security vetting
Due to the nature of the industry that Urenco operates in, all personnel regardless of employment status working for Urenco are required to obtain security clearance at the level required for their role. Security clearances are assessed in accordance with regulations and official guidance issued by the relevant competent authorities for national security vetting. In certain circumstances, additional enhanced security clearance considerations apply to roles within Urenco owing to the particular activities that the Urenco Group undertakes in relation to uranium enrichment. Successful candidates will need to satisfy security requirements, and all offers of appointment are made subject to the successful approval of all checks initiated.
