Our client is hiring a PC Technician to support several sites throughout Southern Maryland area. This role will require traveling between sites per day.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively while applying strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience imaging, deploying, and configuring desktop and laptop systems.
- Solid hardware break/fix experience, including component replacement and diagnostics.
- Knowledge of software installation, configuration, and support.
- Basic networking troubleshooting skills, including wireless connectivity, network adapters, and VPN clients.
- Experience with Active Directory account and group administration, including user creation, modifications, account disablement, and group membership management. Experience with Adaxes is preferred.
- Proficiency supporting Windows 10 environments; experience with macOS is a plus.
- Experience installing, repairing, and supporting Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and Help Desk ticketing systems.
- Experience supporting mobile devices, including Android and iOS platforms.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering excellent end-user support.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Customer Service is an critical part of this job. The users have a varying understanding of technology which requires someone with strong patience and interpersonal skills.

This is a Contract position based out of Olney, MD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
