Company Description

Oriens Aviation is the exclusive distributor for the Pilatus PC-12 NGX and PC-24 Super Versatile Jet in the British Isles and a Pilatus Authorized Service Centre, based at London Biggin Hill Airport. The company is also the authorized distributor and service center for the full TECNAM fleet and provides third-party maintenance and repair overhaul (MRO) services for the Cirrus SR family of single-engine piston aircraft. Oriens Aviation combines Swiss-built Pilatus aircraft with local expert knowledge to deliver seamless operations and support for owners. Services include scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, warranty work, out-of-hours AOG support, and comprehensive aircraft management. Many owners rely on Oriens Aviation for complete peace of mind, using its approved service center for hangarage, full-service operations, and professional handling at Biggin Hill.

The PC-12 Captain will operate Pilatus PC-12 aircraft on a variety of missions, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant flight operations in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. The Captain will manage cockpit workload, coordinate with ground and maintenance teams, oversee passenger safety and comfort, and uphold high standards of airmanship and professionalism. This is a full-time, on-site role located at London Biggin Hill Airport, with a fixed roster.

Qualifications

  • Strong piloting skills in turboprop aircraft, with Pilatus PC-12 experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of EASA/CAA regulations, company operations manuals, and standard operating procedures, with a commitment to safety management and regulatory compliance
  • Effective crew resource management, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work closely with operations, maintenance, and ground handling teams
  • High level of situational awareness, risk assessment, and problem-solving abilities
  • UK ATPL/CPL with PC12 rating and Class 1 medical
  • Experience in charter, corporate, or business aviation operations, with a customer-focused approach and professional demeanor when interacting with passengers
  • Comfort with modern avionics and flight planning tools, including FMS/GPS systems, EFB
