Summary
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are re-advertising an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated pharmacist to join our innovative, award-winning pharmacy team. Based across South Kerrier, we provide care for over 33,000 patients across 5 practices:
- Helston Medical Centre
- Mullion & Constantine Group
- Cober Valley Health
- St Keverne Health Centre
- St Marys Health Centre, Isles of Scilly
Our pharmacy team is highly valued, well integrated, and respected across the PCN & practices.

Our established team includes:
- Senior Lead Clinical Pharmacist
- Senior Audit & Systems Pharmacist
- Clinical Pharmacist
- 3 Pharmacy Technicians
We have a strong training ethos, supporting undergraduate & foundation pharmacists, as well as wider multidisciplinary team. Our rolling audit programme has received local & national recognition for improving patient safety.
