PCV Bus Driver - £16.85 – £17.87 per hour

About the Role
Arriva‘s Bus Drivers form the backbone of passenger transport, ensuring our customers—the community—reach their destinations safely, reliably, and with exceptional service. Whether it’s commuters, schoolchildren, or shoppers, your role connects people to what matters most to them. You’ll build relationships with regular customers, brighten their day with your professionalism, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Pay
- Weekday rate: £16.85 per hour
- Overtime rate: £17.87 per hour (applied to bank holidays, extra shifts, and evenings/weekends)
- Frequent pay reviews via negotiated terms.

Requirements
To apply, you must:
- Be at least 18+ years old.
- Hold a valid PCV (Passenger Carrying Vehicle) licence. (Don’t have one yet? Apply for our Trainee Driver role—we’ll provide the training and pay during your learning!)
- Have no more than 6 points on your driving licence.
- Pass a drug and alcohol test.
- Demonstrate excellent people skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Be flexible in adapting to shift patterns.
