Qualified Part Time PCV Bus Driver

Location: North East Depots

Pay Rate: Up to £15.84 per hour

Contract Type: Part Time Opportunities – Shifts to be discussed

What You'll Need to Complete Your Application

We’ll ask you to provide:

  • How many hours per week you could reliably work
  • Two weekly shift patterns you can commit to (Each example should total the number of weekly hours requested.)

This information will help us shape part-time working arrangements possible within our operation.

Pay Structure

Qualified Drivers with at least 18 months of bus driving experience within the last 5 years:

  • £15.54 per hour (weekdays)
  • £15.84 per hour (weekends)
  • £40 bonus per shift (bank holidays)

Drivers without 18-months’ experience will begin with a lower introductory rate, as per company policy.

Requirements

To be considered, you must:

  • Hold a valid PCV License
  • Have no more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence
  • Pass a drug and alcohol screening
  • Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude
  • Have a reliable and realistic availability pattern
