What You'll Need to Complete Your Application
We’ll ask you to provide:
- How many hours per week you could reliably work
- Two weekly shift patterns you can commit to (Each example should total the number of weekly hours requested.)
This information will help us shape part-time working arrangements possible within our operation.
Pay Structure
Qualified Drivers with at least 18 months of bus driving experience within the last 5 years:
- £15.54 per hour (weekdays)
- £15.84 per hour (weekends)
- £40 bonus per shift (bank holidays)
Drivers without 18-months’ experience will begin with a lower introductory rate, as per company policy.

Requirements
To be considered, you must:
- Hold a valid PCV License
- Have no more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence
- Pass a drug and alcohol screening
- Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Have a reliable and realistic availability pattern
