PCV Driver – Birmingham Airport
Salary & Contract
- £15.39 per hour + benefits + Profit Share Bonus
- Flexible 3-month fixed term contract (varies by shift)

About the Role
At Airparks, we redefine airport parking with a trusted, customer-focused service. Our PCV Shuttle Bus Drivers play a vital role in transporting passengers securely between Birmingham Airport terminals and our car park sites.
You’ll enjoy a fast-paced, varied position where excellent customer service, adaptability, and safety are key. Responsibilities include:
- Driving modern shuttle buses to/from the airport
- Assisting customers with boarding, luggage, prams, and wheelchairs
- Daily vehicle checks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and roadworthiness
- Coordinating with teams to manage pick-ups/drop-offs efficiently
- Adhering to health & safety regulations and reporting incidents
This role steps beyond typical driving—you’ll be there in the 심플스 to create a seamless, hassle-free experience for every passenger.
The Role
As a PCV Driver at Airparks, you’ll:
- Drive safely and efficiently between airport terminals and parking locations
- Greet customers warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle checks for safety standards
- Support accessibility needs, helping passengers with luggage, mobility aids, or infants
- Liaise with operations teams to align with flight schedules and traffic flow
- Uphold company compliance with all health, safety, and driving regulations
- Assist during peak periods, such as events or high-traffic days

Requirements
To thrive as a PCV Driver, bring:
✅ Valid PCV (Category D) licence, with no restrictions ✅ Current Driver CPC qualification ✅ Experience driving large passenger vehicles across varied conditions (urban, rural, extreme weather) ✅ Confidence using booking systems, mobile apps, and navigation tools ✅ A zeal for outstanding customer service with an enjoyably approachable personality ✅ Strong teamwork ethics, adaptability, and the ability to stay composed in unpredictable situations ✅ Alignment with our core values: Great Service, Ownership, Team, Innovation, and Trust
