Role Summary This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality vehicle preparation, maintenance, and repair to support efficient operations and customer satisfaction. The position involves diagnosing and rectifying vehicle faults, carrying out pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on multiple brands including BYD, Maxus, Omoda, and Jaecoo, and performing warranty repairs in line with manufacturer and company standards. The role holder will plan and organise work effectively to meet service and delivery targets, ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations. They will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, maintaining strong attention to quality, cost, and efficiency across all tasks.
