PDM Specialist
PDM Specialist
Bring your energy to Aggreko as a PDM Specialist based in our Lomondgate Production Facility. You’ll support Product Data Management across Aggreko’s Business Areas, ensuring accurate asset data, controlled documentation, and effective lifecycle updates to enable business performance and customer success.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver accurate, high-quality product and asset data in line with global standards, SOPs and work instructions
- Create and manage product data across multiple systems (PLM, ERP and CPQ), including:
- Item creation
- Unique asset IDs
- Component and warranty status
- Manage product and asset documentation, ensuring compliance with standards, including:
- Uploading and establishing robust links to relevant products and assets
- Collaborate with various Product Managers, Fleet teams, and cross-functional teams within a manufacturing environment to support and inform decisions, and ensure process governance
- Support PLM and ERP users across the business, providing training and guidance

You Are
- Experienced in Product Data Management or a similar data/systems-focused role (PLM/ERP environments)
- Detail-oriented with strong abilities in data accuracy, governance, and process discipline
- A confident stakeholder manager, able to work across global teams and influence outcomes
- Analytical and solutions-focused, with the ability to translate business needs into data requirements
- Comfortable supporting systems, training users, and driving continuous improvement
