We are looking for Peer Connectors to deliver a Peer Connector service, working alongside a range of organisations including Colleges and Youth Hubs to identify and engage with young people aged 16-24. Using an existing service directory, you will continue to build on a database of local activities and co-develop bespoke support plans with young people to engage them in these services, to improve wellbeing and young people’s independence and self-management.

Ultimately, you’ll be sharing in our goal to improve the wellbeing and employment of young people through early intervention and advocacy. Working closely with a range of partner organisations, both voluntary and statutory, you will help young people receive the right support at the right time.

The role is a fixed term contract until the end of March 2027, however we are hoping for funding beyond then which will be confirmed nearer the time.
