We are seeking a team of experienced Pega Consultants to support the CFF application within the Credit Assessment and Decision (CAD) domain. This opportunity is aimed at professionals who can contribute within a collaborative BizDevOps environment, combining strong technical delivery capabilities with robust business analysis expertise.
The team structure will consist of:
- 1 Lead System Architect (LSA)
- 2 Senior System Architects (SSAs)
- 2 Lead Business Architects / Senior Business Architects (LBAs/SBAs)
The successful consultants will work closely together to design, build, and deliver high-quality Pega solutions aligned with evolving business requirements. The application is currently built on Pega Theme Cosmos UI, with a strategic roadmap towards Pega Constellation adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Delivery & Architecture (LSA & SSA)
- Design and implement scalable technical solutions for complex business requirements.
- Actively contribute to development activities with hands-on coding responsibilities.
- Perform code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to Pega best practices.
- Provide architectural leadership and technical direction (LSA) or strong technical implementation support (SSA).
- Apply Pega design patterns, guardrails, and development standards.
- Support integration development and solution design across enterprise systems.
- Contribute to UI strategy, including readiness planning and implementation support for Pega Constellation.
Business Analysis & Requirements Management (LBA/SBA)
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions with business stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to capture and refine business needs.
- Design and document business architecture artefacts, including case types, business processes, and workflows.
- Translate complex business requirements into effective Pega solutions.
- Support the adoption of Pega’s Case Management framework and Directly Discover Objectives (DCO) methodology.
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support the organisation’s ongoing BizDevOps maturity journey.
- Collaborate across architecture, development, and business analysis disciplines to ensure end-to-end solution ownership.
- Mentor team members and share knowledge across the delivery team.
- Adapt responsibilities as required to meet changing project demands and business priorities.
- Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice adoption.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise (LSA & SSA Roles)
Lead System Architect (LSA)
- Minimum 5+ years of Pega development experience.
- Proven experience working as a Pega Lead System Architect.
Senior System Architect (SSA)
- Minimum 3+ years of Pega development experience.
- Strong technical implementation and solution delivery background.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Demonstrable experience with Pega Theme Cosmos UI.
- Strong understanding of Pega Constellation architecture.
- Knowledge of Pega design patterns, guardrails, and best practices.
- Experience with Pega 8.x platform environments.
- Experience working within cloud-based Pega deployments.
- Strong integration experience using:
- REST APIs
- SOAP services
- Message Queues (MQ)
Highly Desired
- Experience supporting or participating in Pega Constellation migration initiatives.
- Exposure to UI modernisation strategies and migration planning.
