About Ten
At Ten, we help people move better and live longer well. We are a Pilates led health and wellness business built around our Circle of Care. This means our clients are supported at every stage of their journey, from pain and rehab to strength, confidence, and long term results.
Our studios bring together Reformer Pilates, Physiotherapy, Clinical Exercise, and Massage in one place. We work as one team, sharing knowledge and supporting each other so our clients receive truly personalised care.
About the Role
We are looking for a Pelvic Health Specialist Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing, evidence-based pelvic health service, supporting a varied caseload across obstetric and gynaecological physiotherapy. You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while working closely with our wider team of physiotherapists, Pilates instructors, clinical exercise practitioners, and massage therapists.
This role is ideal for a physiotherapist who is passionate about pelvic health, enjoys working collaboratively, and is looking to further develop their expertise in a supportive and high quality clinical environment.
Your Responsibilities
Clinical assessment and treatment
- Conduct comprehensive pelvic health assessments across obstetric, musculoskeletal, continence, urogynaecological, pelvic pain, and sexual dysfunction conditions
- Undertake internal examinations where clinically appropriate
- Develop clear, individualised treatment plans based on clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice
- Deliver hands-on treatment and rehabilitation programmes tailored to each client
- Provide education on recovery, prevention, and long-term pelvic health
- Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans as needed

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
