Penetration Tester - UK (Remote, with occasional onsite)
We're hiring again
Interviews targetted for w/cing 20th and 27th July
A year ago, Incursion was a team of one. Today we are a team of three, and we are hiring our fourth. That is real momentum.
We expect the company to continue to really grow over the next 18 months, and I am looking for a Penetration Tester to join the team and play an integral role in that expansion.
I know how it feels to be just another number inside a big team. If you want more autonomy and control over the direction of your career, Incursion is the place for you.
Our client base is diverse, ranging from micro-businesses of one employee to enterprises with thousands. No matter who we are working for, Incursion offers the same 'big consultancy' standard of testing I was trained to, but with the personal touch only a boutique business can provide.
Who I'm Looking For
I am looking for a consultant with commercial experience working as part of a team. You don’t have to have been a CTM before, but you need to be eligible to be one now. We don't yet hold CHECK status. However achieving it is firmly on the roadmap, and you'll be part of that team when we get there.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
