Are you an experienced Offensive Security Leader looking to work in one of the most technically advanced engineering environments in the UK?
Do you enjoy leading highly skilled penetration testers whilst remaining hands-on with complex technical assessments across modern cloud-native infrastructure?

This is a genuine 50/50 leadership and hands-on technical role, where you'll lead a team of elite security professionals while continuing to perform complex security assessments across critical engineering platforms.

You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and mentoring a team of Penetration Testers and Security Assessment Specialists
- Delivering penetration testing across modern enterprise platforms
- Assessing Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native applications and enterprise infrastructure
- Driving automation and offensive security tooling
- Providing technical assurance and remediation guidance to engineering teams
- Working closely with Platform Engineering, Security Engineering and DevOps teams
- Building a high-performing offensive security function within a complex technology environment

- Penetration Testing Leadership

- CI/CD Pipeline Security
- Web Application Security
- Internal Infrastructure & Network Security
- Cloud Platforms & DevSecOps
- Python, Jenkins, Ansible or Automation Engineering
OSCP (essential), with CRT/OSEP highly desirable
