Most pensions administration leadership roles are built around keeping the engine running.
This one is a bit different.
I’m working on an Administration Manager opportunity with a business going through genuine transformation and growth across some of the most exciting and evolving areas of the UK pensions market.
Yes, there’s an established operational leadership element to the role, leading teams, driving service delivery, improving member experience and overseeing BAU administration but the real attraction sits beyond that.
This is an opportunity to help shape what comes next.
The business is building out entirely new operational areas alongside major developments within their administration technology and future operating model. As a result, this role offers exposure to:
