Pension Administrator
Bristol, Full-Time Permanent Position, Flexible Hybrid Working.
Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE) + Benefits.
Due to an uptake in growth and clientele demand, a leading financial services provider in Bristol is looking for an experienced customer service and pension administrator to join their specialist pensions team.
Act as the Technical Support for upcoming projects and to the wider Customer Services team, dealing with queries from administrators and customers. Individuals in this role will provide input to projects and review all procedural changes as well as providing day-to-day support with more complex customer queries, risk events, work orders, and to support and coach less experienced colleagues.

The Role:
- Deliver excellent service to members, handling queries and casework.
- Keep pension records and systems accurate and up-to-date.
- Support team improvements and share ideas to enhance member experience.
- Record processes and help team colleagues.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and other wider projects.

Your Experience:
- DB pension knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge of current UK pension legislation.
- Strong, adaptable communication skills.
- Background in customer-focused, professional service.
