Job Opportunity: Pensions Manager
Due to further growth, an award-winning pensions consultancy has a new job working from their Glasgow office but provides flexible and hybrid working along with outstanding employee benefits. They are recruiting for a Pensions Manager with experience in DB to work at the forefront of the team.
About the Role
This job opening is due to new business wins and the successful applicant will be in a role in charge of a number of DB pension administrators and seniors, providing guidance and coaching and delegating workloads accordingly. Additionally, if you wish, you could be involved with managing highly important projects for the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a number of DB pension administrators and seniors
- Provide guidance, coaching, and delegate workloads
- Manage highly important projects for the team (if desired)
- Ensure projects are overseen in a compliant manner
Key Requirements
- Previous technical defined benefit pensions experience is essential
- Experience in client management within pensions
- Professional qualifications such as PMI are highly desirable
- Technical knowledge of cradle to grave pensions administration
- Either worked as a team leader or manager with a thorough understanding of scheme rules and current legislation
