Job Title: Team Leader - Pensions (Needed Evening/Weekend Cover for another outgoing postason)
Job Details
- Salary Range: £47,925 – £51,228 per annum
- Location: Hammersmith and Fulham Civic Campus, 1 Unity Square, King Street, London W6 9JU
- Hours: 36 per week
- Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role
Looking to join, develop and grow an experienced team leader within the fast-paced pension fund operations of the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. Key responsibilities include:
- Utilising leadership and mentoring skills to guide, coach, and develop the team.
- Ensuring expertise in pension regulations and processes, acting as a knowledge transfer hub within the team.
- Maintaining professional confidence along with the ability to foster emotional intelligence and dialogue to drive results.
- Leveraging organisational, problem-solving, and motivational skills to maximise team engagement, productivity and stakeholder satisfaction.
This is a role where you will aid in enhancing service delivery, bridging between teams and residents while reinforcing seamless operational flows. You’ll work in hands-on team collaboration with a focus on passion-driven success in serving residents’ pension needs.
