Job Details
- Salary range: £47,925 - £51,228 per annum
- Location: Hammersmith and Fulham Civic Campus, 1 Unity Square, King Street, Hammersmith, London W6 9JU
- Working hours: 36 per week
- Contract type: Permanent

About the Role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join and grow the Pensions Team within Hammersmith & Fulham Council—based in the heart of London.
Veering away from traditional roles, this position demands high-energy and contributing team leadership to:
- Build, develop and mentor experienced professionals within pensions services
- Contribute and grow your expertise in pensions-related policies and operations
- Maximise team outputs via collaboration, compliance, and cross-training initiatives
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, varied, and professional environment, prepared to have tough conversations and prioritise team cohesion and deliverables.
As a key member of the team, you will:
- Ensure the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham Pension Fund delivers efficient, high-quality service
- Work on a collaborative, forward-thinking team dedicated to outstanding customer service
