Working across a wide range of sectors, including pensions and benefits, investments, insurance, energy, health, sports, and data analytics, we help our clients navigate complexity in order to take the action that matters.

As part of our growing Administration Data Services offering, we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals, with some experience in Defined Benefits pensions data or pensions administration to join our team and help deliver high-quality data solutions to our clients, both LCP-administered schemes and external clients who rely on our specialist data expertise. You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues and gain exposure to a wide range of projects that support scheme readiness from a data perspective, regulatory compliance and operational excellence, utilising your technical expertise to execute solutions.

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting the delivery of data-focused projects, including:
    • Preparing scheme data for buy-in/buy-out transactions
    • Assisting with GMP reconciliation/rectification and equalisation exercises
    • Supporting data readiness for the Pensions Dashboard and other regulatory initiatives
    • Helping with benefit audits and data cleansing activities
    • Contributing to new business transitions and onboarding processes
    • Collaborating with internal administration teams and external clients to ensure data accuracy and completeness

What we’re looking for:

  • An understanding of Defined Benefit pension schemes
  • Experience in pensions administration and data handling (or a keen interest in developing these skills)
  • Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines with support from more experienced team members
  • Interest in learning bulk calculation methodology and data transformation techniques
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work within agreed budgets and scopes, subject to suitable support from more experienced members of the team
  • Working towards APMI or other PMI related qualifications
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to build strong working relationships
  • Attention to detail and a desire to contribute to high-quality outcomes
  • Willingness to suggest ideas and learn from feedback
  • A team player who thrives in a supportive and inclusive environment

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
