Company Description:

Day Cooper Day specialises in Small Self-Administered Pension Schemes (SSASs), designed to help businesses grow effectively. Our SSAS solutions offer flexible management of contributions and investments, allowing for benefits such as purchasing commercial property and offering loans to limited companies, including the establishing company. We are committed to providing a transparent pricing structure with no hidden fees. At Day Cooper Day, we focus on delivering tailored pension solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Communicating professionally via email, phone, and post with financial advisors, solicitors, clients, and accountants
  • Maintaining accurate records in our internal database and managing electronic files
  • Processing financial transactions with precision
  • Supporting Client Managers with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Performing some mathematical calculations and data checks
  • Handling general office and administrative duties

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload
  • A logical, numerate mindset with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software
  • Previous experience in an office-based administrative role (2+ years) and/or customer service role (5+ years) is preferred but not essential
  • Experience with SSAS pensions would be an advantage

Pay: £29,500 per annum

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Working Arrangements: On-site 5 days a week for the first year at Day Cooper Day's offices: 53-55 Scrutton Street, London, EC2A 4PJ

After 1 year's service, employees are generally eligible to move to hybrid working, averaging 3 days per week in the office subject to business needs and line manager approval.
