Overview

Are you ready to shape the future of pensions?

We’re seeking a Pensions Associate to join our Pensions Operations team in Bristol. If you’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service, we’d love you to apply!

As a Pensions Associate, you’ll handle a range of administrative tasks across Defined Benefit (DB), Defined Contribution (DC), and Hybrid pension schemes. Your role involves meticulous calculations, member correspondence, pensioner payrolls, and supporting our Client Executive team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer pension tasks with precision, including:

    • Accurate member eligibility and payment calculations
    • Monthly pensioner payrolls
    • Correspondence management
  • Communicate professionally with:

    • Pension scheme members via email, phone, and specific letters
    • Clients and colleagues on pension-specific queries

    • Member correspondence
    • Client-specific technical reports
  • Handle complex issues with:

    • Prioritising tasks alongside your team
    • Working closely with your Team Leader
  • Support business stakeholders by delivering accurate, professional service


Requirements

We’re looking for someone driven to excel in pension administration. The ideal candidate brings:

✔ Experience or passion for pension schemes (advantageous but not essential) ✔ Willingness to work towards the CPC qualification (Pension Management Institute) ✔ Strong analytical mind with a logical approach to problem-solving ✔ Attention to detail for accuracy in data and calculations ✔ Professional communication skills for member interaction ✔ Self-motivated team player with prioritisation and deadline skills ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (or similar packages) ✔ Ability to work eligibility in the UK
