📍 Location: Peterborough (Quai Digital, Innovation Way, PE2 6FL) 💼 Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm) 💰 Salary: £24,000–£26,000 per annum, depending on experience
About the Role
We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Pensions & Investment Associate to join our growing Operations team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for processing pension and investment administration across a range of retail financial products, including supporting clients and advisers, managing queries, and ensuring work is completed accurately within service level agreements.
Responsibilities
- Processing and checking pension and investment administration for:
- SIPP
- Personal Pension (PP)
- ISA
- GIA
- LISA
- Responding to client, adviser, and provider queries via email
- Managing shared mailboxes and daily administrative tasks
- Maintaining excellent attention to detail while meeting SLAs
- Supporting process improvements and documenting procedures
- Assisting with:
- Onboarding
- Projects
- Wider operational activities

Requirements
Core Skills & Qualifications
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A customer-focused approach
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- The ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment

- A pension administration qualification
