The Firm
Our client is a reputable national law firm with offices in London and across the regions. Their clients include multinational companies, public sector organisations, insurance companies, UK plcs, and private individuals to name a few. They also boast an impressive reputation in the public sector.
The Team
The tight-knit Pensions team works from multiple offices on a range of Pensions law-related matters across the public and private sectors for employers, trustees, insurers, providers, and scheme managers. The friendly and supportive partners maintain excellent relationships with their clients, and collaborate well with colleagues in other practice areas, working particularly closely with those in the Corporate and the Employment teams.

The Opportunity
The client is currently recruiting for a junior-mid-level pensions lawyer with at least a year of experience in Pensions law and based in one of the following locations: Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham, London.
This opportunity comes with good levels of autonomy and a genuine space for personal growth within a friendly and supportive team. There is a very strong workflow or standalone pensions matters alongside the promise of a healthy work/life balance.

About You
You will have at least one year of experience within Pensions law as a solicitor, paralegal, or barrister. Any of the below experience would be an additional benefit:
- Public sector scheme
- M&A/transactional
- Pensions Risk Transfer
- Death in Service Benefits
- Group Life Insurance
You will be approachable with good initiative and a keenness to get involved in business development and client-facing work.
