Pensions Senior Administrator / Manager
Responsibilities of the Pensions Senior Administrator / Manager
- Assist in the management of pensions processing, servicing, and administration teams
- Ensure team objectives are set in a customer-focused culture
- Provide QC on the team's work
- Own incidents and drive forward process improvements
- Keep up to date with regulatory changes
- Manage third-party relationships (clients, suppliers, HMRC, regulators)
