This is a rare opportunity for an energetic Senior Pensions Solicitor to join a progressive Top 50 law firm within its thriving non-contentious pensions practice. This is a senior opportunity where you can play a role in shaping the future of a ranked pensions advisory team.
The Opportunity You’ll be part of an enthusiastic and supportive team known for delivering excellent advisory services to a diverse client base, including trustees, employers, institutions, and high-net-worth individuals.
Notably, this position provides a clear path for progression, direct client ownership, and active involvement in strategic decision-making. You’ll also benefit from ongoing support and development for those seeking future partnership.
Key Responsibilities Deliver clear, technically robust advice on complex pensions matters. Act as client lead on mandates including managing financial and matter oversight. Drive strategic growth initiatives and contribute to business development from day one. Mentor and supervise Associates whilst contributing to their knowledge development. Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues across related practice areas.

About You You are an England & Wales qualified lawyer with proven experience in non-contentious pensions. Your experience will include: Expertise in advisory matters such as deeds of amendment, scheme changes, benefit design, mergers, and governance. Experience managing client relationships and supervising associates. Commercial awareness, technical precision, and excellent communication skills. A proactive approach and enthusiasm for business development. Ambition to progress to partnership within a supportive environment.
