Pensions Solicitor (Senior Associate / Legal Director), 4+ Years PQE, Birmingham - £80,000+ (DOE)

The Role
We are working with a highly regarded national law firm seeking a Pensions Solicitor to join its growing Birmingham office.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an established national practice, advising a broad client base on complex and varied pensions matters.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Working alongside experienced specialists on a mix of advisory, transactional and dispute-related work
- Supporting clients across both the public and private sectors
- Covering a wide range of matters, from scheme governance and regulatory compliance to:
- Corporate transactions
- Pension risk advice
- Member disputes
- Ensuring no two days are the same, with guaranteed variety in case load
- Contributing to an environment known for technical excellence, collaboration, and a supportive culture
- Developing expertise while working closely with colleagues across multiple offices and practice areas

Skills & Experience Required
Applications are sought from Pensions Solicitors with:
- A minimum of 4 years’ PQE
- Extensive experience advising on occupational pension schemes and pensions legislation
- Strong technical expertise with a commercial and pragmatic approach
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build relationships
- A collaborative mindset with an interest in:
- Contributing to business development
- Mentoring junior colleagues
