Pensions Trustee Associate (job ref: 110123)
Looking to push your career in Pensions forward? We’re looking for an Associate to support the effective management of occupational pension schemes. Brilliant development potential.
Location: London, Greater Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol or Scotland with hybrid working
In this role, you’ll help maintain high governance standards, act as Scheme Secretary (where appointed), and contribute to a variety of strategic and operational projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct adviser reviews and benchmarking exercises
- Manage scheme governance and secretarial duties
- Support member option and liability management exercises
- Oversee annual regulatory reporting and trustee board effectiveness
- Deliver projects on time and in line with compliance standards
- Engage with schemes linked to overseas parent companies

What You Bring:
- Experience with DB, DC, and Master Trust pension schemes
- Strong project management and data analysis skills
- Familiarity with PPF assessments, ESOG, GDPR, and cyber security
- Excellent minute writing, documentation control, and communication skills
- Progress toward professional pensions qualifications (e.g. PMI)
