Head of Global Administrative Operations & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Leadership

  • Transform Acquisition Integration – Oversee the administrative onboarding of new businesses with multi-jurisdiction compliance, weaving legal and workforce challenges into one harmonized playbook.
  • Tactical Problem-Solving – Daily responsibility for reshaping HR, compliance, and administrative flows across regions, including Milan, London, Madrid, Warsaw, or fully remote setups.
  • Frontline Governance & Transformation – Lead due diligence on local laws, workflows, and cultural billing models for potential mergers. Anticipate risks before they materialise.
  • Equity & Incentive Design – Guide weird beacons, share option frameworks, profit-sharing models, and post-acquisition downsizing plans with clarity and integrity.

Compliance & Global Workplace Strategy

  • Legal & Regulatory Expertise – Ensuring consistent enforcement of workplace laws across 3 EU member states and secondary locations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work side-by-side with Product, Finance, and External Consultants to refine permissions, leverage AI automation, and embed compliance by default.
  • Welfare & Benefits Innovation – Design next-level employee support structures (parental leave, relocation, health Insurance), stress-testing cost-profits vs. retention impact.

  • People Mission Control – Owner of hyperscale onboarding pipelines at every career stage (entry- to executive), managing reference checks, visa negotiations, relocation logistics, and exit communications.
  • Automation Training – Build and document workflows with AI because repetitive tasks undermine innovation—stop using spreadsheets; demand a system that understands your assumptions.
  • Cultural & Accountability Systems – Create rigours that ensure consistent experience (onboarding>glue time>offsets) while empowering entrepreneurial performance there’s no room for bureaucracy.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Master-learner Instinct: Your speed of reasoning isn’t part of your original brain—you act more like a lamb for first-principles scenarios with total war to solve for what appears broken and combine it with data/patterns.
