Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, Surrey (CR3 0GG), just outside of Croydon.
Part-time, 30 hours, ideally across the five days of Monday to Friday.
Hybrid working pattern, with Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office, remaining hours from home.

We're looking for a highly organised People Administrator to join our People team and play a key role in supporting Retail Employee Relations across the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration skills and a genuine interest in developing a career in HR and Employee Relations. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and take pride in providing accurate, confidential support.
The role:
- Responsible for managing ER administration, maintaining employee records, coordinating case documentation and updating trackers and reports, you'll play an important role in ensuring cases progress efficiently and colleagues receive a great level of support.
- Managing the Employee Relations inbox and responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Maintaining confidential employee records and ER case files.
- Reviewing and issuing Employee Relations documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with process requirements.
- Updating ER trackers and monitoring case progress to support timely case closure.
- Producing and maintaining accurate ER data and reports.
- Supporting monthly reporting and People team administration activities.
- Working with stakeholders across Retail, People team and Third-party partners to ensure deadlines are met.
- Exploring opportunities to improve processes and make the most of tools such as Copilot and AI.
- Manage queries via shared inboxes and support a positive colleague experience.
- Champion the Ann Summers values, acting as a role model in everything you do.

You'll be great if you…
- Previous administration experience, ideally within HR, People or Employee Relations.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to prioritise a busy workload and manage multiple deadlines.
- Confident building relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Proactive, dependable and keen to find better ways of working.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
- An affinity with our brand and it’s People Values.
