About the Role
As a People Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day People (HR) operations at Immediate. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring processes are accurate, timely, and aligned with best practices.

Responsibilities
As a People Administrator, you will:
- Support the People Partnering team across administering the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, and family leave processes
- Prepare and issue essential HR documentation, such as contracts, offer letters, reference checks, and employee letters
- Maintain and update our HR system (HiBob) and ensure all employee records are accurate and up to date
- Assist the Reward & People Ops Manager with benefits administration and the annual pay review process
- Coordinate payroll preparation, working closely with the payroll team for accuracy
- Manage the HR inbox, responding to employee queries and escalating as needed (policies, processes, benefits, systems)
- Process purchase orders for People team invoices, liaising with Accounts for smooth processing
- Complete and record DBS checks in line with compliance requirements
- Support people data reporting and analysis to inform organisational decision-making
- Coordinate HR activities such as inductions, new starter lunches, and volunteering opportunities
- Contribute to ad-hoc People projects and process improvements to enhance the employee experience

Requirements
Must:
- Have proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Display organisational skill, detail orientation, and accuracy in output
- Be proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing workloads while knowing when to seek support
- Feel comfortable with systems and data, ideally with HRIS or similar tools experience

Strongly preferred:
- Previous administrative experience (ideally within HR)
- Discretion and trustworthiness with a solid understanding of confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- People-focused, preferring relationship-building and colleague support
- Interest in HR, enthusiasm for a progressive, flexible, and fun work environment
- Ability to contribute as a collaborative team player
