Townhouse was created with a single goal: to disrupt and reinvent the global nail salon industry.

We are the fastest growing beauty brand in Europe with 40+ salons globally, and we are driven by a passionate and disruptive team to achieve our mission. We’ve brought together a world-class team from a wide range of industries. As we continue to expand, we need brilliant people (like you!) to help bring the Townhouse brand to life across the world.

Our values

Here at Townhouse, we live by our three core values;

  • Details matter
  • Passionate in everything we do
  • Nice people

Townhouse was born out of the idea that ‘details matter’ - our customers strive for perfection in the details, and so do we. Our passion fuels our work and drives constant innovation. Finally, we pride ourselves on finding nice, kind-hearted people to join our mission to revolutionise the industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive, curious and detail-driven People Advisor to join our growing People team at Townhouse on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support our People operations across both Support Centre and salons, helping ensure our systems, processes and employee experience continue to evolve as we scale globally.

Reporting into the Head of People, this role offers real development opportunity. You’ll build your advisory capability, strengthen your commercial understanding and take ownership across a broad range of People activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
