Job summary
The People Advisor Transformation role represents a pivotal opportunity to shape and strengthen the Trusts future operating model at a time of significant organisational evolution. Over the next 12 months, this position will play a central part in modernising how our People function supports colleagues, leaders, and services ensuring we are equipped to meet the changing needs of our workforce and the communities we serve.

As we transition toward a more agile, digitally enabled, and person-centred People service, the People Advisor Transformation post will help embed new ways of working, streamline processes, and enhance the consistency and quality of People advice across the Trust. This role will work collaboratively with operational leaders, HR specialists, and transformation partners to ensure that our future model is not only efficient and sustainable, but also grounded in compassion, clarity, and a commitment to improving staff experience.
