People & Analytics Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen as People & Analytics Manager to join an organisation to help shape People Data and Analytics, and how AI is fully utilised within the People function of the organisation.
Salary circa £70/75k + Excellent Benefits - Hybrid working with 3 days per week on site at their Warwickshire office.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small People Analytics team
- Develop the People analytics helping to shape the strategy around AI usage within the People team
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships across different functional areas as well as external partners
- Influence to ensure full adoption of the new technology
- Ensure that the HRIS is utilised to its fullest potential
- Ensure accurate data in line with reporting requirements and ethical and safe usage

- Having led People reporting and analytics
- Used HR Data models and knowledge of AI adoption
- Managed a team
- Experience around influencing a range of stakeholders
