Are you passionate about transforming people data into products that drive real business decisions?

We're supporting a world-leading technology organisation that is investing heavily in the future of People Analytics. They are looking for an experienced People Analytics Product Manager to own and evolve a suite of analytics products that help senior leaders understand workforce health, employee sentiment, organisational effectiveness, and business performance. This is not a traditional reporting role.

You'll sit at the centre of People Analytics, Product, and HR Leadership, shaping how workforce insights are delivered, consumed, and acted upon across a complex global organisation.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for developing and enhancing a portfolio of people analytics products, ensuring leaders have access to meaningful insights that support better decision-making. Working directly with senior HR and business stakeholders, you'll help define the analytics roadmap, influence priorities, and continuously improve how people data is translated into action. What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with individuals who bring a blend of people analytics expertise, product thinking, and stakeholder influence.

You'll likely have:

  • Significant experience within People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or HR Analytics environments
  • A track record of building, owning, or evolving analytics products, dashboards, or reporting solutions
  • Experience translating complex data into compelling stories and recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement, survey analytics, and workforce metrics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A passion for using data to improve employee experience and business outcomes
