As the first point of contact for all things People & Culture, you’ll play a vital role in creating an amazing colleague experience from the moment someone joins us, right through their journey at the Group.

No two days will be the same, but you can expect to:

  • Provide helpful advice on People policies and systems
  • Support onboarding, pre-employment checks, contract preparation & ID cards
  • Produce letters, references, and external correspondence

  • Protect the confidentiality and wellbeing of our staff, promoting safeguarding at all times

What We Are Looking For

Someone who brings:

  • A positive approach and a genuine passion for helping people
  • Great communication skills — friendly, clear, confident
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail (you love a tidy inbox!)
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Good IT skills across Microsoft Office
  • A willingness to learn and develop — including working towards CIPD Level 3 if you don’t already have it
  • Values that match ours — Ambitious. Resilient, Collaborative. Inclusive. Respectful.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
