Location: Hounslow, Greater London

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Full-time

About the Role Are you passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and driving strategic HR initiatives? We are seeking a dynamic People and Culture Business Partner to join our specialist logistics client in Hounslow. In this role, you will partner with management to implement people strategies that enhance organisational performance and employee engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies that promote a positive work environment.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Lead initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance leadership capabilities and employee skills.
  • Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in the logistics or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using HR metrics to influence decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
