People & Development Director

Holiday Inn London Heathrow M4J4, Holiday Inn Basildon, Holiday Inn Brentwood & London Chigwell Prince Regent Hotel

Shape Culture. Develop Talent. Make a Lasting Impact.

Great hotels are built by great people.

At LGH Hotels Management, we know that exceptional guest experiences begin behind the scenes—with engaged teams, inspiring leaders, and a culture where people feel valued, supported, and able to thrive. We're looking for a People & Development Director to partner with our leadership teams across four hotels.

This is far more than a traditional HR role. You'll be a trusted business partner, culture champion, coach, and change leader, helping our hotels build engaged teams that deliver extraordinary results.

You'll work closely with General Managers and operational leaders to create environments where people feel a sense of belonging, purpose, growth, and recognition—the foundations of high-performing teams and exceptional hospitality.

What You'll Be Doing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
