About The Role
We're looking for a People and Learning Platforms Coordinator to join our People and Culture team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience of HR systems, learning platforms or digital administration who enjoys improving processes, maintaining accurate data and supporting colleagues across the organisation.
You'll play a vital role in managing our Learning Management System (Learning Pool), supporting our HR Information System (iTrent), producing meaningful reports and ensuring our learning and people platforms run smoothly.
Working closely with our Learning & Development team, Clinical Educators and wider People team, you'll help ensure our colleagues have access to the learning, systems and information they need to deliver outstanding care.
This role is 22.5 hours per week. We are willing to look at working patterns to suit the successful candidate.
The actual salary for the post is £16929.60, based on a full time salary of £28216.00
The role is working remotely, but there will be occasional travel to our Hospitals and Care Homes

What You'll Be Doing
In this varied role, you'll:
- Administer and maintain our Learning Pool Learning Management System.
- Create and update learning content and learning pathways.
- Support onboarding and mandatory training processes.
- Produce reports on training compliance, workforce data and key people metrics.
- Maintain accurate learning and employee records across Learning Pool and iTrent.
- Support apprenticeship administration and external funding portals.
- Help coordinate learning programmes and maintain supplier records.
- Support system improvements, testing and new functionality.
- Draft internal learning communications and guidance.
- Ensure our systems remain accurate, compliant and user-friendly.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with systems, databases and data.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel to analyse and present information.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- A clear communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- Passionate about improving processes and finding better ways of working.
You'll Also Have
- Experience using digital systems or databases.
- Experience administering a Learning Management System or similar platform.
- Experience producing reports from system data.
- Good understanding of data accuracy and confidentiality.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Experience with Learning Pool and/or iTrent.
- Experience coordinating training or learning activities.
- Experience working within healthcare or another regulated environment.
- A qualification in HR, Learning & Development, Business Administration or Information Systems (such as CIPD Level 3).
