People and Marketing Manager - EMEA
Reports to: Head of Operations - EMEA
Works closely with: VP Lead - EMEA, Leadership, Operations, Finance, Talent, Delivery, and Sales
Role Purpose
The People and Marketing Manager - EMEA will support XDI's continued growth across the EMEA region by owning key elements of the regional marketing activity, people experience, learning and development rhythm, internal communications, and employee engagement.
Reporting into the Head of Operations - EMEA, this role will help create a more structured, consistent, and professional employee experience across the region. The role will also support selected elements of the VP Lead - EMEA remit, particularly the coordination of Quarterly Business Reviews, end-of-year appraisals, development actions, people rhythm, marketing content, employer branding, and regional communications.
The successful candidate will help ensure XDI's people are supported, developed, recognised, and communicated with effectively, while also helping the business present itself professionally to candidates, clients, partners, and the wider market.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing, Brand & Communications - EMEA
- Support the delivery of EMEA marketing activity across LinkedIn, website content, email campaigns, events, and partner channels.
- Create and coordinate regional marketing content, including company updates, project wins, consultant spotlights, client success stories, event posts, thought leadership, case studies, and internal success stories.
- Help maintain a consistent XDI brand voice across EMEA communications.
- Work with the Head of Operations - EMEA, VP Lead - EMEA, leadership, delivery, sales, and consulting teams to identify stories and achievements that can be turned into marketing content.
- Support the creation of EMEA marketing materials, capability decks, brochures, one-pagers, newsletters, and event collateral.
- Coordinate partner marketing activity across EMEA with Dassault Systemes, IBM, and other strategic partners where required.
- Monitor marketing performance and provide simple reporting on engagement, reach, content output, campaigns, event activity, and brand visibility.
People, Culture & Employee Experience - EMEA
- Own and coordinate the employee experience across the EMEA business, ensuring people processes are professional, consistent, and scalable.
- Support new starter onboarding, including induction planning, welcome communications, equipment coordination, internal introductions, first-week check-ins, and probation review coordination.
- Help maintain a positive, professional, and consistent culture across the EMEA team.
- Support internal communications across EMEA, ensuring employees are kept informed on business updates, key milestones, events, achievements, and people news.
- Support the Head of Operations - EMEA, VP Lead - EMEA with people-related administration, policy updates, process documentation, communication templates, and follow-up actions linked to QBRs and appraisals.
Learning, Development & Performance
- Support elements of the VP Lead - EMEA remit by coordinating XD Innovation's learning, development, and performance review cycle across the region.
- Support the planning, coordination, and administration of Quarterly Business Reviews, helping ensure objectives, performance updates, development actions, risks, and follow-up points are captured and progressed.
- Coordinate end-of-year appraisal processes, including timelines, templates, manager communications, review preparation, employee self-assessments, calibration inputs, and follow-up actions.
- Help maintain individual development plans, ensuring learning goals, career aspirations, training needs, and progression discussions are recorded and reviewed regularly.
- Support the creation of learning pathways for consultants, delivery teams, operations, and future leaders across EMEA.
- Coordinate training activity, including internal knowledge-sharing sessions, external courses, certifications, lunch-and-learns, mentoring, and onboarding learning plans.
- Track completion of training, development actions, mandatory learning, certifications, and performance review outputs.
- Support career progression frameworks, role expectations, competency mapping, and promotion readiness processes.

Recruitment & Talent Support - EMEA
- Support EMEA recruitment activity by coordinating interviews, candidate communications, feedback, hiring updates, and offer documentation.
- Help improve the candidate experience so XDI is represented professionally throughout the hiring process.
- Support the creation of job adverts, role descriptions, LinkedIn posts, and candidate attraction campaigns.
- Work with the Talent team to promote XDI as an employer of choice across PLM, digital manufacturing, engineering, and enterprise technology markets.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and support reporting on open roles, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress across EMEA.
- Support onboarding handover from candidate to employee, ensuring new starters move smoothly from offer acceptance into the business.
Events & Business Support - EMEA
- Support EMEA internal and external events, including client days, partner events, webinars, networking events, company updates, and learning sessions.
- Support preparation of presentations, newsletters, announcements, quarterly updates, QBR materials, appraisal communications, and leadership messages.
- Support the EMEA leadership team with ad hoc projects linked to people, culture, learning, marketing, events, communications, performance, and regional growth.
Cross-Functional Support - Finance
- Providing occasional support to the finance operations cycle.
- Supporting timesheet, expense, invoicing, and purchase order processes on an ad hoc basis and in the event of annual leave.
- Monitor consultant timesheet submissions and ensure timely completion.
- Support employee expense submission reviews and approvals in line with policy.
- Offering general administrative support to finance processes where additional capacity is required.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in a marketing, people, HR, learning and development, recruitment, employer brand, communications, or business operations role.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create professional and engaging internal and external content.
- Ideally experience supporting performance reviews, appraisal cycles, employee engagement, training coordination, or learning and development activity.
- Confident using LinkedIn and other digital channels for business marketing and employer branding.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities across people, marketing, and operational activity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across EMEA teams.
- Comfortable supporting senior leaders with people processes, communications, review cycles, and follow-up actions.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business where processes are still being built and improved.
- Experience in technology, consulting, engineering, manufacturing, PLM, or software businesses would be beneficial but not essential.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a proactive organiser, communicator, and people-focused operator who enjoys helping employees develop while also supporting the external brand of a growing business. They will be comfortable switching between onboarding, employee engagement, QBR coordination, end-of-year appraisal administration, learning plans, LinkedIn content, event planning, recruitment support, and marketing coordination. This role would suit someone who wants ownership, variety, and the opportunity to help shape the employee experience, learning culture, and external brand presence of XD Innovation across EMEA.
Reporting Line
The role will report into the Head of Operations - EMEA, with a clear remit to support people operations, learning and development, marketing activity, internal communications, and regional employee experience. The role will support selected elements of the VP Lead - EMEA remit where required, particularly QBR coordination, end-of-year appraisal administration, development action tracking, and people-related follow-up across the region.
