About Us
We are Foundation Partners - a consultancy working with some of the world's most exciting tech companies on all things people + culture. Why? Well, quite simply, not all technology companies have the financial resources, capacity, or experience to tackle the challenges of scaling a business and driving performance. A world-class People, Culture & HR operation is instrumental for this. As such, weâve built a blended service so companies get the experience and support - both strategically and day to day - that they need to build an exceptional business.
Currently, we are a small but mighty team of 9, with backgrounds in commercial, people + culture, VC and consulting. We have ambitious plans for growth, and as part of that weâre hiring for this super exciting and progressive role.
Alongside Unleashed & JBM, we are part of Amplified - the people services group that supports technology companies from inception to IPO.
About The Role
This role is a unique opportunity for you to lay the foundations for a career in People + Culture as youâll get to understand and dig into all aspects of the employee lifecycle working across multiple clients.
As a member of a small client-facing business, youâll work directly with our partners on projects - experienced people and business builders. Youâll work on both the client work itself, as well as being behind the scenes supporting the growth of our own business. This role is well-suited to someone who loves building and creating.
You'll likely be either in the early stages of your People + Culture career, or have a couple of years early experience in consulting and loving the exposure and challenge you get from client delivery. Alternatively, you may be transitioning from a different but related field. This role is genuinely super exciting in terms of remit - youâll get the chance to be creative and work across multiple clients, from tech and fintech to life sciences and venture capital.
Thereâll be plenty of opportunities for progression and development - you will be learning super quickly! We have plans to scale our team of client partners rapidly, which means there will be the opportunity for you to move into roles with more ownership and client exposure as you develop.

Iâm in my final year doing Economics and I donât know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer â it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donât need a masters. Letâs look at the ones youâd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet â that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

A People team built for ambitious businesses
The old model for People & Talent doesnât work for today's businesses. We've built a better one.
Traditionally, early-stage Founders had two options: handle People & Talent themselves, losing precious time they should be spending on product or go-to-market, or hire a generalist, expected to cover everything from culture to recruitment to performance. We offer a more impactful alternative: A fully flexible, fractional People & Talent team with specialist skillsets and hands-on delivery, ready to start driving impact for your business in weeks, not months.
