Job Description
We’re looking for a People Business Partner to support the business on a 2 year FTC as it transitions to an AI‑enabled operating model. This role focuses on ensuring the organisation is structured, skilled and supported to deliver AI‑led change effectively.

You’ll partner with senior leaders, specialist AI enablement teams and People centres of expertise to translate AI programmes into clear people outcomes — covering organisation design, workforce planning, learning and change management.
Key Focus Areas
- Partnering with leaders on AI‑driven transformation and operating model change
- Organisation design and role evolution aligned to automation and AI initiatives
- Workforce planning and capability mapping for future‑ready teams
- Enabling learning and leadership capability to support AI adoption
- Leading and supporting change to drive engagement and sustainable adoption
Qualifications
- Experienced People Business Partner with strong change and transformation experience
- Proven background in organisation design, workforce planning and change management
- Comfortable supporting technology‑enabled or digital transformation
- Commercial, pragmatic and able to operate in ambiguity
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)

What’s next?
Our Recruitment Team will be reviewing applications and all candidates will receive a response, whether you are successful or unsuccessful. Shortlisted applicants may be asked to confirm a few key details before being booked in for a first stage interview with the Recruiter- this will be behaviourally focussed and centred around how you align with our Culture and Values. If successful we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focussed and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.
