About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded People Business Partner to join our team on a permanent basis, supporting the delivery of strategic people initiatives across the division. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and executing people strategies that directly support business performance and long-term growth.
You will work closely with leaders, the Group Talent Acquisition function, and L&D teams to ensure the organisation attracts, develops, and retains high-quality talent while fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic support, driving the development and execution of divisional people plans aligned to business goals
- Partner with Group Talent Acquisition to deliver effective workforce planning, ensuring the right people, skills, and capabilities are in place
- Contribute to and support the delivery of group-wide people initiatives and the annual divisional People activity plan
- Support talent management and succession planning, strengthening leadership capability and developing high potential employees
- Collaborate with L&D to identify and implement opportunities to upskill and build organisational capability
- Provide people-focused support for TUPE transfers, mergers & acquisitions, and integration activity
- Use HR data and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, developing and implementing mitigation plans
- Coach and support leaders to proactively address organisational and people challenges
- Support performance management and reward strategies to drive engagement, accountability, and innovation
- Promote best practice and share insights across the division and wider group to support continuous improvement

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in an People Business Partner or Generalist role
- Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills
- Experience supporting HR projects and initiatives
- Knowledge of TUPE (incoming and outgoing) is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Strong IT skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent relevant HR experience)
