Location - Birmingham
Shift - Full Time, Monday to Friday
Contract - 6 Months Fixed Term Contract

We're looking for a People Business Partner to work closely with the Senior People Business Partner and Senior Leadership Team, delivering people strategies that drive engagement, performance, and business success.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to influence business performance through strategic people planning, talent development, employee relations, and organisational change within a fast-paced operational environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Account Director and Senior Leadership Team to align people strategies with business objectives and operational priorities.
  • Utilise people data, metrics, and external market insights to identify key trends and develop forward-thinking people plans.
  • Support the delivery of strategic initiatives across compensation, benefits, recruitment, engagement, and talent development.
  • Develop strong relationships with key clients, ensuring people strategies support both business and client objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, talent management, succession planning, organisational change, and restructuring activities.
  • Deliver accurate and timely people management information to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support large-scale mobilisations, change programmes, and TUPE activities where required.

What we're looking for

  • Proven HR experience within a commercially focused environment.
  • Strong background in employee relations, reward, talent management, succession planning, and organisational change.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge constructively when required.
  • Experience using people data and analytics to inform business decisions and people strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility quickly.
  • Resilient, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach to people management.
  • Experience within an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) environment would be advantageous.
  • Experience supporting large-scale mobilisations and TUPE transfers is highly desirable.

Required Qualifications

  • CIPD qualification desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint.
  • Full UK driving licence essential.
