What You Will Do
Kenvue is currently recruiting for: People Business Partner Northern Europe
Role reports to: Head of People Function, Northern Europe
Location: Reading (Hybrid)
This role plays a key role in delivering the Northern Europe people strategy, with a strong emphasis on Learning & Development. This role combines generalist HR leadership with the design and delivery of development initiatives that build organizational capability, drive performance, and support employee engagement. The successful candidate will partner with leaders to embed a culture of continuous learning, ensuring talent is developed in line with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
HR Leadership & Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic People partner to business leaders, providing expert advice on people matters.
- Lead and deliver core HR processes including performance management, talent planning, learning & development, and organizational design.
- Support workforce planning and succession strategies to ensure future talent readiness.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives aligned with company culture and values.

Learning & Development
- Design and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business goals.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify capability gaps across teams.
- Develop and deliver in-house people leadership development programs for both people managers and individual contributors across a range of topics: Personal Development, Coaching, High Performing Teams, Change & Resilience & Performance Management.
- Oversee onboarding and induction frameworks to ensure a strong employee experience.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions using data and insights, continuously improving programmes.
Talent Development & Performance
- Embed a high-performance culture through effective performance management frameworks.
- Coach managers on development planning, feedback, and career conversations.
Culture & Engagement
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion.
- Facilitate workshops, team development sessions, and leadership training.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure People policies and practices comply with employment legislation.
- Support employee relations matters including investigations and conflict resolution.
- Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and track outcomes.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
- Strong background in Learning & Development, organizational development, or talent development.
- Experience designing and delivering training programmes and leadership development initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to use data to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- Passionate about developing people and building capability.
- Strong communicator and facilitator.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and results-driven.

Qualifications
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience.
- Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
- Coaching qualification (preferred).
