Job Description

Salary Range: £50,000 - £60,000

Leonardo UK operates a grade-based salary framework with broad bands. The salary range shown reflects the approved grade band for this role, or a narrower hiring range published within that band, and is benchmarked against the external market. Exceptions above the standard range are managed through governance controls to protect internal equity.

Your Impact

We are excited to offer a 12-month fixed-term opportunity for a People Change Agent to join our Change Management team.

This is a pivotal position, playing a key role in driving the people side of our Future Factory programme—a cornerstone of our wider digital transformation strategy.

In this role, you’ll help shape the adoption of cutting-edge operational systems while supporting our UK business objectives. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring Leonardo continues to innovate, stay competitive, and thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape.

What You Will Do

As a People Change Agent, you’ll act as a positive influence across the business and play a key role in embedding change successfully. Your responsibilities will include though not limited to:

  • Leading change activities for your project, using structured methods to plan and support awareness and adoption.
  • Using strong, effective skills to build relationships with a range of stakeholders who are typically from a technical background.
  • Assessing change impacts, readiness, and identifying key stakeholders.
  • Contributing to training (capability or knowledge building) by collaborating with the project team to define training needs and advising on design and delivery.
  • Confident in preparing and leading the delivery of communications, and comfortable with gathering technical input from projects when needed.
  • Working closely with technical teams to align change management plans and system changes.
  • Tracking and sharing people-change insights to keep the programme aligned.
  • Advising and collaborating with project leaders or product owners on all people-related aspects of change.

What You’ll Bring

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
