We're looking for a People Change Coordinator to join our People Experience team. This is a fully remote role, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK while building a career that fits your life.

Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their career in project management within a fast-paced, evolving People function.
You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects that improve the way we work, with a particular focus on HR technology and digital transformation. Working alongside experienced project managers and business stakeholders, you'll help coordinate projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring they stay on track, on budget, and deliver meaningful outcomes. As your confidence grows, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your own workstreams and further develop your project management expertise.
- Project Coordination & Planning: Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of People projects, keeping activities on track and ensuring milestones are achieved.
- Project Admin & Documentation: Maintain master project plans, action logs, and documentation, proactively escalating risks or blockers where appropriate.
- Managing Multiple Priorities: Coordinate several projects and workstreams simultaneously, adapting quickly to changing business priorities while maintaining high organisational standards.
- Reporting & Insights: Track project progress, budgets, and key performance measures to produce clear updates and reports. Help measure project outcomes and contribute to post-implementation reviews.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build positive relationships across HR, Technology, Communications, and Learning & Development to prepare engaging project updates, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify ways of working, improve processes, and maximise the value of technology and AI within the People function.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Background: Experience working in a project coordination, business support, HR, technology, or similar shared environment.
- Career Drive: A genuine interest in project management and a strong desire to build a long-term career in this area.
- Organisation Skills: Exceptional organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
- Data & Tech Savvy: Confidence working with data and spreadsheets to monitor progress, alongside a curious mindset and enthusiasm for digital transformation and AI.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and the confidence to collaborate proactively with colleagues across different teams.
- Mindset: A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous improvement, taking ownership of tasks while actively learning from others.
Desirable Assets:
- Any exposure to HR systems/payroll technology
- Familiarity with project planning tools (like Monday.com, Asana, Jira)
- A basic understanding of project approaches (Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2)
